Nexeo Belgium is looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Cash Management & SWIFT Expert to support the analysis, communication, and continuous improvement initiatives within the banking sector.
As a Business Analyst, you will:
* Elicit, analyze, and document business, stakeholder, solution, and transition requirements across Cash Management and Payments domains.
* Ensure real-time communication of Cash Management incidents (CMCC Business Incident Communication) to internal stakeholders and business teams. Participate in technical and functional crisis calls to deliver clear and concise updates in both English and French.
* Lead Problem Management activities for the SWIFT, Cash Management, and Payments perimeters:
* Organize cold debriefings with Product, IT, and Operations teams.
* Identify root causes, coordinate remediation plans, and track progress.
* Draft and distribute Business Incident Reports.
* Host and animate monthly production quality review meetings.
* Design, build, and maintain KPIs to monitor production quality and resilience across Cash Management processes, supporting the continuous improvement of IT assets.
* Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and SMEs to understand business and IT strategies, ensure traceability of requirements, and promote reuse of domain knowledge.
* Act as a key liaison between the business and IT to support operational excellence and incident transparency.
Your Profile:
Education & Experience
* Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
* Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in business analysis or production quality.
* Previous exposure to incident and problem management processes.
Technical Skills
* Functional knowledge of Cash Management and SWIFT is essential.
* Strong skills in MS Office and requirements documentation.
* Good understanding of IT processes and testing methodologies.
* Familiarity with performance measurement and KPI design.
Business Skills
* Excellent understanding of workflow and operational processes in financial institutions.
* Experience in coordinating cross-functional teams during incidents.
Languages
* Fluent in English and French, both written and spoken.
Soft Skills
* Structured and analytical mindset.
* Strong communicator and team collaborator.
* Solution-oriented with a keen eye for detail and quality.
