We are currently looking for a seasoned Scrum master to join our client, a big company in the Belgian railway and information technology sector in Brussels.
What you'll do
- Accountabilities to the development team:
- Helping the team produce high value and high quality products
- Unblocking the team and removing impediments
- You organize and facilitate all the Scrum ceremonies: the daily Scrum, the sprint planning, the retrospective meetings, ...
- Coaching the team for Agile ways of working o Help the team to consistently adhere to relevant engineering practices
- Accountabilities to the Organisation: Work with "neighbour teams" to facilitate deliver
Profile

Required Skills
- At least 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master for a software development team (according to Scrum principles)
- Sufficient experience with Jira
