Your role
* Develop and manage your client & candidate portfolio
* Handle recruitment processes end-to-end (360°)
* Identify, interview and support talents throughout their journey
* Act as a trusted advisor for your clients
* Contribute actively to the growth and success of the team
The perfect match
* 🎓 Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (any field)
* 💼 A first professional experience is a plus
* 🔍 Curious, ambitious and results-driven
* 🤝 Strong team player with excellent communication skills
* 🌍 Fluent in French and Dutch, with a good level of English
