What You'll Do
* Ensure accurate tracking of IT assets by maintaining inventories and managing hardware/software lifecycle.
* Monitor software licenses and usage and identify optimization opportunities.
* Manage mobile and fixed telephony subscriptions, including usage monitoring and cost optimization.
* Coordinate with suppliers, finance teams, and internal IT stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and accurate billing.
* Produce reports and analysis on asset usage, telecom costs, and procurement spend.
* Support cost optimization initiatives across hardware, software licenses, and telecom services.
What you bring
* Experience in IT procurement, asset management, or vendor management.
* Knowledge of IT Asset Management / CMDB principles.
* Familiarity with ITIL practices related to asset and service management.
* Strong Excel skills and experience with reporting tools such as Power BI.
* Ability to coordinate with vendors, finance teams, and IT departments.
* Highly organized with strong attention to detail and follow-up skills.
* Ability to manage multiple parallel tasks independently.
