We are looking for a Business Controller to join an international organisation based in the Ghent area. This is a high-impact position where you'll combine financial analysis, business partnering, and process improvement to support strategic decision-making.

Your responsibilities
* Deliver accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting
* Analyse business performance and translate data into clear insights
* Build and maintain forecasts, budgets, and business plans
* Support cash flow planning and financial modelling
* Collaborate with Shared Service Centres to optimise processes
* Lead or contribute to projects around automation, digitalisation, and cost optimisation
* Support audit processes and ensure compliance (SOX / local GAAP where applicable)
Your profile
* 5+ years' experience in finance (Business Controlling, FP&A, Audit, or Accounting)
* Strong analytical mindset with a proactive, hands-on approach
* Experience in business partnering and stakeholder xsgtzvk management
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Strong knowledge of Excel; experience with SAP and/or Power BI is a plus
* Structured, solution-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
