Ph3About the role /h3 pAs Sales Director, you are responsible for defining and executing the international sales strategy. You lead and develop the sales team while ensuring the achievement of ambitious growth targets across multiple global markets. You combine strong strategic thinking with hands‑on commercial drive and know how to deliver sustainable growth in a competitive international environment. /p h3Key responsibilities /h3 ul liDevelop and implement a global sales strategy to achieve revenue targets and expand the international customer base /li liAnalyze market trends and identify new business opportunities in both existing and emerging markets /li liCollaborate with the executive team to define short‑and long‑term objectives and translate them into actionable plans /li liContribute to and lead key account plans for strategic customers /li liAlign closely with marketing and operations to ensure effective go‑to‑market strategies /li liLead, coach, and evaluate the sales team with a focus on performance and development /li liAct as a key liaison between sales, marketing, operations, customer service, logistics, and finance /li liMonitor and analyze sales KPIs, adjusting strategies where necessary /li liManage the sales budget, forecasting, and reporting to senior management /li liBuild and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders /li liEnsure high levels of customer satisfaction by proactively addressing needs and resolving issues /li liRepresent the company at international trade shows, industry events, and networking opportunities /li liConduct ongoing market research to stay informed on industry developments and competitive activity /li liIdentify risks and opportunities, adapting the sales strategy accordingly /li liProvide insights and recommendations to product development and marketing based on market feedback /li /ul h3Your profile /h3 ul liBachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus) /li liMinimum of 10 years’ experience in a senior sales leadership role, ideally within an international or multinational environment /li liProven track record in developing and executing successful sales strategies /li liStrong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and grow teams /li liExcellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills /li liSolid understanding of global markets and cultural dynamics /li liExperience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office /li liWillingness to travel internationally on a regular basis /li liLanguages: fluent in English and French; Spanish and/or German are a plus /li /ul h3What’s in it for you /h3 pA strategic leadership role within an internationally active organization, offering real impact on growth and market positioning.
