Overview
We wish to appoint a QA/QC Manager for a project in Odense.
Responsibilities
1. Custodian of construction quality for the project
2. Provide expertise and guidance in relation to construction QA for all construction activities
3. Responsible for the implementation of a consistent Construction Quality Programme on site
4. Set up and implement systems and procedures in relation to construction quality
5. Establish and maintain ‘Right First Time’ culture on site.
6. Provision of training and expertise in relation to construction QA
7. Responsible for the implementation of a consistent Construction Quality Audit
8. Work with Construction Managers & site QA to develop and maintain Continuous Improvement Programmes
9. Maintain cross-site communication and experience sharing.
10. Conduct Root Cause Analysis in the event of Non Conformances
11. Update, review and implement lessons on the Lesson Shared database
12. Responsible for ensuring construction quality programs are properly aligned with PM Group’s QMS and supports the Group quality objectives
13. Maintain a working relationship with Group Quality Manager
14. Maintain satisfactory relations between client and PM Group in matters relating to construction QA
Qualifications
15. Degree qualified (desirable but not essential) with additional Construction Quality qualifications
16. 10+ years professional experience
17. Demonstrated capability in Construction Quality Management
18. Construction QA/QC experience across multiple engineering disciplines essential
19. Construction QA/QC experience on projects within the Life Sciences, Food, Energy and other specialised industries is desirable
