Project Lead Architect
As a seasoned project architect at a leading architecture firm, you'll oversee daily operations, collaborating closely with a team of architects on diverse projects. Your expertise will be pivotal in engaging clients and refining designs based on their preferences and feedback.
You'll initiate the day with a collaborative brainstorming session with your team, combining creativity and leadership to develop innovative, practical designs. Essential skills in 3D tools such as Revit, SketchUp Pro, and Autodesk 3D Studio Max will enable you to visualize and refine concepts.
In this role, you'll take an active part in precise drafting and design work, communicate regularly with clients to incorporate their ideas and feedback into designs, balance aesthetics with functionality to create standout solutions, and tackle unexpected challenges by adapting designs to meet technical requirements and market demands.
Your responsibilities will also include monitoring project progress, addressing concerns, maintaining seamless communication with both your team and clients, updating project timelines, and preparing for the next steps, always aiming to deliver unique, sustainable, and inspiring designs within budget and on schedule.
Required Skills and Qualifications
* A Master's degree in Architecture is required.
* No less than 5 years of experience working in a renowned international architecture or design firm.
* Proficiency in Revit is essential.
* Hands-on experience with large-scale projects is necessary.
* Candidates must be fluent in English; knowledge of Dutch or French is a plus.
* Comfortable navigating complex, international working environments.
* Leadership experience is an advantage but not required.
