CSR
For a a global medical technology innovato, we are searching for a dedicated Customer Service Representative.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer orders management
2. Process customer orders accurately and efficiently in the ERP system
3. Process material reservation (implants & instruments) for surgeries planned in hospitals
4. Invoice hospitals according to procedure
5. Coordinate deliveries to and returns from hospitals with logistics team
6. Communication with customers, sales team
7. Be the primary point of contact for customers and sales team members for inquiries related to orders, deliveries, prices and reimbursement data (RIZIV – INAMI), quotations and others.
8. Be point of contact for transporters.
9. Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional way and report the issue to the sales representative or any other involved department.
10. Communication (email, phone) with Sales Representative and/or Clinical Support representative regarding possible delivery issues (e.g. missing items) for a specific surgery.
11. Follow-up back-orders and inform Sales Team.
12. CRM : Maintain accurate customer records and master data.
Wat wij van jou vragen:
13. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in customer service, administration, or logistics, preferably in healthcare sector.
14. Strong written and verbal communication skills in Dutch/French, Fluency in English is a plus
15. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
16. Experience with ERP system is an added value
17. Experience in a similar function in the healthcare or medical device industry
18. Accuracy and attention to detail, well-organized, good planner that keeps overview
19. Problem-solving minded, customer oriented, helpful
20. Ability to perform under pressure
