Chief Financial Officer (Spain)
📍 Barcelona
We are looking for a CFO to lead the finance function of a fast‑growing B2B services organisation in Spain. A strategic, high‑impact role working closely with senior leadership for a leader who has built, scaled, and transformed finance functions
Key Responsibilities
* Lead finance across FP&A, controlling, accounting, tax, and treasury
* Drive budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
* Strengthen commercial decision‑making (pricing, margins, efficiency)
* Build and develop a high‑performing finance team
* Lead transformation, process improvement, and systems upgrades
* Partner closely with the CEO and senior leadership
Ideal Profile
* Big Four background strongly preferred
* 10–15+ years in senior finance roles
* Experience in high‑growth, scaling, or transforming organisations
* Proven track record of building finance capabilities, not just maintaining them
* Background in professional services / consulting / B2B environments
* Strong knowledge of Spanish GAAP and IFRS
* Strategic, hands‑on, and able to influence at senior level
