SALES SPECIALIST – FLANDERS | Clinical Diagnostics & Life Sciences
We are currently supporting an exciting opportunity for a commercially driven Sales Specialist to join a growing organisation within the clinical diagnostics and life sciences sector.
This field-based role will focus on managing and developing customer relationships across hospital laboratories and private clinical laboratories throughout Flanders.

Key responsibilities include:
• Managing and growing an existing customer portfolio
• Developing new business opportunities within clinical diagnostics and laboratory environments
• Advising customers on innovative diagnostic and medtech solutions
• Managing sales projects, quotations, and public tenders
• Collaborating closely with application specialists and product managers
• Monitoring market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
• Maintaining CRM updates and sales forecasting
We are looking for candidates with:
Scientific background (Life Sciences, Clinical Biology, Biomedical Sciences or similar)
Experience within clinical diagnostics, medtech, or life sciences sales
Strong commercial mindset and relationship-building skills
Experience working with hospital or clinical laboratory customers
Native Dutch and good English skills (French is advantageous)
Entrepreneurial, proactive, and results-oriented approach
