Operations & Finance Director | Antwerp
A fast-growing business in the is looking for a Senior Operations & Finance Director to take full ownership of both operational performance and financial leadership.
This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in a high-growth, hands-on environment where strategy and execution go hand in hand.
You will act as a key member of the leadership team, directly influencing how the business scales across production, supply chain, and financial performance.
This is not a traditional finance role. It is a true end-to-end leadership position combining operational control, commercial insight, and financial discipline.
Key responsibilities:
• Full ownership of operations and finance performance across the business
• End-to-end responsibility for supply chain management, production planning, and supplier relationships
• Leadership of financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategic planning
• Ownership of cash flow management, working capital optimisation, and profitability improvement
• Driving operational efficiency across production and logistics functions
• Building and maintaining strong supplier and partner relationships
• Supporting strategic decision-making at leadership and board level
• Identifying and executing growth, cost optimisation, and scalability initiatives
• Ensuring accurate financial reporting and strong performance tracking across all business areas
Profile:
• 5+ years of experience in finance and/or operations within FMCG, ideally beverages or related industries
• Strong exposure to both financial management and operational/supply chain environments
• Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, high-growth or scaling organisations
• Strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of margins, cost drivers, and operational efficiency
• Experience with forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management
• Hands-on leadership style with the ability to operate strategically and operationally
• Excellent stakeholder management skills, including supplier and senior leadership interaction
• English fluency
