We are hiring a Compliance Manager for HR Pay Solutions and our fund of fund Horizon. You will play a key role in our organization, in which you will focus on AML/CTF compliance, ensuring that our policies, procedures, and practices meet regulatory standards and best practices. Coordinate internal and external audits and prepare reports for regulators.
Organize training sessions for employees on AML/CTF compliance.
Act as the primary point of contact for regulators and internal teams regarding AML/CTF matters.
You have at least five years of work experience in the financial sector, including at least two years in compliance (within a financial institution or as a consultant).
You have a strong understanding of AML/CTF regulations, risk management and NBB expectations and the ambition to grow into the role of AMLCO and obtain the Certified Compliance Officer certification.
You have good communication skills in Dutch and English to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
