As we scale across Europe and beyond, we're looking for a Head of Sales to lead and grow our commercial engine. This is a high-impact leadership role where you'll own revenue growth, build and scale a high-performing sales organization, and play a key role in shaping our go-to-market strategy. Responsibilities Hire, lead, and develop a high-performing sales team across Belgium, the US, and future strategic markets. Create a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous learning. Foster collaboration across new business, account management, and partner channels. Desired requirements 10+ years in B2B SaaS sales, including 5+ years in sales leadership roles — ideally in VC-backed, scaling environments. Proven track record of building and scaling international sales teams and driving exponential revenue growth. Experience with complex enterprise sales, particularly in manufacturing, industrial software, MES, or related verticals. Deep knowledge of sales processes, metrics, forecasting, and compensation design. Passion for coaching, developing talent, and building a winning team culture. Ability to work hands-on in key deals while maintaining a strategic view. Fluent in English; proficiency in Dutch, French or German is a strong plus. Based in Belgium with willingness to travel.
