Sales Manager DACH region Your new company Hays is looking for a Sales Manager for the DACH region on behalf of a client that produces personal protective equipment. The organization is an international player with several divisions, including a department specializing in protective clothing for forestry and lumberjacks. You will be joining a young, dynamic team where collaboration is key. The atmosphere is hands‑on, with room for initiative and a clear passion for the outdoors. Your new role In this role, you are responsible for further expanding a leading brand of personal protective equipment in Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. You work independently and will receive thorough internal training when you start.Your tasks include: Maintaining and expanding relationships with the existing dealer network, including specialized trade partners Visiting customers and promoting new products Representing the brand at trade fairs and events, on average 4 to 5 times per year Monitoring market developments Managing a customer portfolio with a focus on continued growth You will spend roughly 40 percent of your time traveling within the DACH region. The remaining time you work from home, and twice a month you visit the headquarters in West Flanders.
