Professional Experience
* Proven experience in sales and post-sales account management for mid-sized and large eCommerce clients, both locally and internationally.
* Successfully managed complex commercial relationships: negotiation, proposals, onboarding, account development.
* Familiar with retailers, marketplaces, and major players in the eCommerce ecosystem (B2C/B2B).
* Demonstrated experience in sales cycle management. Sales training a plus (Sandler, Meddic etc)
* Strong background in consultative selling and ability to build long-term, value-driven partnerships.
* Hands-on experience with delivery platforms, logistics services, or API integration between carriers and merchants.
Possible career paths:
1. Started as a high-performing sales executive focused on enterprise clients and was later promoted to sales team lead/manager (small team: 24 people).
2. Or still acts as an individual contributor, highly autonomous and ambitious, with consistent results and interest in scaling impact.
Technical & IT Skills
Solid understanding of the data flow between carriers and merchants, including:
* Carrier APIs
* eCommerce platform integrations (Magento, Shopify, WooCommerce, etc.)
* IT logistics systems (WMS/OMS/ERP)
Comfortable working with both technical and commercial stakeholders, especially during pre-sales, onboarding, or integration phases.
Languages
* Spanish & Italian either one mother tongue. Fluent level with proven working experience
* English intermediate level (spoken and written); capable of handling meetings, presentations, and written communication in an international context.
