As a Customer Service Officer (Part-Time Position), you will be in charge of the following responsibilites :
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone and email.
* Provide accurate information about products and services to clients.
* Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of services.
* Maintain and update customer records in the system.
* Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
* Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer needs effectively, whether it's logistics, finance or production teams.
* Track customer interactions and prepare reports for management.
* Support the sales team with administrative tasks as needed.
Jouw profiel
The ideal candidate for Customer Service Officer (Part-Time Position) at our client would have the following skills:
* Educational background in business, customer service, or a related field.
* Experience in customer service or sales support roles.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in relevant software and CRM tools.
* Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
* Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
* Fluency in French & English. Dutch is a plus !
