Project Overview:
The Data Harmonisation Project aims to ensure seamless transitions and maximum adoption of new data systems. As an Interim Change Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the change management process, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations, and developing a comprehensive change management plan.
Key responsibilities include:
* Planning, executing, and overseeing the change management process
* Managing stakeholder expectations and communicating the data roadmap and change process
* Identifying and mitigating potential risks to the project
* Designing and implementing a communication strategy to inform all relevant parties
