People DevelopmentLead the annual PRD cycle, ensuring all employees have clear objectives and regular follow‑up with their supervisor.Translate development needs (from PRDs or ad‑hoc requests) into a targeted training plan aligned with business goals.Maintain accurate and updated training records for all staff.Coordinate with external training providers and authorities to ensure a smooth training process.2. Organizational DevelopmentConduct job and task analyses to document job requirements and ensure every employee has an updated Position Description (at least yearly).Serve as the internal expert for IPE (Internal Position Evaluation) to ensure all roles-existing and new-are evaluated consistently and mapped against the grading structure.Support supervisors in creating and updating job descriptions and job specifications.Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date organizational chart.Lead career and succession planning activities once implemented.3.
