As HR Business Partner Europe, you'll be the trusted link between our HR department and commercial teams across Europe.
This is a hands-on, dynamic role where you’ll shape the employee experience, ensure legal compliance, and support business growth — all while fostering a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
* Own the full employee lifecycle: from onboarding to exit interviews, with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
* Guide and support team leads on HR topics like performance, team development, contracts, policies, and terminations.
* Handle contracts and HR administration across multiple countries, including payroll inputs and employee record accuracy.
* Be a key player in implementing the company’s first HRIS, ensuring data quality and supporting system adoption.
* Monitor compliance with local labor laws and internal policies throughout Europe.
* Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders, payroll vendors, and external partners.
* Support international growth: help onboard new countries, set up compliant payroll and benefits structures.
Must haves
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Law, Organizational Psychology, or a related field.
* Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Business Partner or HR Generalist — ideally in a commercial/international setting.
* Experience supporting sales or commercial teams.
* Full working proficiency in English and French (Dutch is a plus).
* Comfortable with operational work, but eager to contribute to strategic topics.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
* Able to handle pressure and thrive in a fast-paced, international environment.
* Currently living in Belgium.
Nice to haves
* Experience with payroll processes or close collaboration with payroll providers.
* Familiarity with HRIS systems and digital tools (SharePoint, Office 365).
* Additional languages such as Spanish.
* Certifications in labor law, organizational development, or HR (CIPD, SHRM, etc.).
* Previous international experience (working abroad or in a multinational setting).
* Strong understanding of European labor law.
