At Biolectric, we are committed to shaping a greener agricultural and energy sector. As a pioneer in innovative biogas systems, we continue to grow internationally. To strengthen our team, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager who will shape, lead, and execute our commercial strategy.

In this pivotal role, you will lead the commercial organization, drive commercial excellence, and play a key role in our international expansion.

Your mission

As Sales Manager, you are responsible for defining, developing, and implementing Biolectric's commercial strategy. You work closely with the sales and management team to maximize revenue growth, market development, and customer satisfaction.

You build and lead a high‐performing commercial organization and ensure teams operate efficiently, data‐driven, and with strong customer focus.

Your responsibilities

* You develop and implement the commercial strategy in line with the company's overall objectives.
* You lead, coach, and strengthen the commercial team, fostering strong collaboration and high performance.
* You identify market opportunities and define clear commercial priorities.
* You increase the effectiveness of the sales organization by optimizing processes, tools, and training.
* You ensure optimal use of the CRM system and safeguard high data quality.
* You closely monitor commercial KPIs and track overall sales performance.
* You define pricing strategies together with Business Development and analyze market and competitive dynamics.
* You optimize margins and drive value‐based pricing aligned with our positioning.
* You provide accurate forecasts, insightful dashboards, and reliable management reports.
* You translate data into clear, strategically relevant insights to support key decisions.
* You take the lead in commercial improvement projects and guide the implementation of new processes.
* You promote a customer‐centric and data‐driven culture across the commercial organization.
* You support the marketing team and help organize events and trade fairs.

Your profile

* You hold a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or equivalent through experience.
* You bring at least 10 years of experience in sales, marketing, or other commercial roles.
* You have at least 5 years of leadership experience with proven team impact.
* You communicate fluently in English; Dutch is an asset, and knowledge of French or German is a bonus.
* You demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills and know how to inspire and guide teams effectively.
* You think strategically, have excellent analytical capabilities, and can translate complex information into clear decisions.
* You drive KPI improvements in areas such as revenue growth and profitability, sales productivity (win and conversion rates), forecasting accuracy, and customer satisfaction and retention.
* You are resilient, solution‐oriented, and able to maintain focus under pressure.
* You collaborate smoothly across departments and have experience in change management.
* You have experience with pricing strategies, sales processes, and CRM implementations.
* You can demonstrate tangible achievements in revenue growth and commercial optimization.
* You are flexible and willing to spend up to 20% of your time abroad.
* Affinity or experience with the agricultural sector is considered an important advantage.
