Description
Degree in science related field, preferably Biology/Microbiology Chemistry or Chemical Engineering or equivalent.
Proven competence in biopharmaceuticals manufacturing processes, passionate by people management and process development.
Up to three years experiences in the bio-pharma industry.
Technical knowledge of manufacturing processes and the equipment used.
Demonstrated capability to effectively apply knowledge, lead multiple activities and balance customer priorities.
Proven competence in organizing, planning; personal learning, delegation, managing & measuring, process management, problem solving, and ability to lead or support multiple teams, groups, functions, key projects or processes.
You will need at least 5 years’ experience working with people (team from 5- 20 operators) and have effective team/ leadership management. Must be a committed team player and collaborator.
The team leader role, is an advocate for identifying, driving and demonstrating efficient and effective process execution across the production department.
Comprehensive demonstrated skills in communicating (oral and written) effectively with diverse individuals/groups; facilitating trust, understanding, growth and continuous improvement.
Demonstrates competency in the principles and practice of cGMPs and associated regulatory considerations in a pharmaceutical environment, including process, equipment, and facility validation experience.
Fluent to good knowledge of English and French.
Shift Work (6h00-14h00; 13h30-21h30)
Requirements
1. Management of the production process, from the transfer of a new product, until the implementation of routine processes and the final batch release.
2. Responsible of the team, the equipment and production facilities in order to meet performance, quality and safety objectives.
3. Supervise and develop his team to increase their performance and motivation.
4. Coordination and Planning of every member of the production team to ensure the adequate running of operations.
5. Promote active collaboration within and between departments.
