B.E.S. (Business & Engineering Solutions) is growing and thus welcoming a new Manufacturing Tooling & Machining Process Engineer in our Aeronautics team. As a Manufacturing Tooling & Machining Process Engineer at B.E.S., you will enjoy a collaborative environment where you will work closely with others in an organization that encourages and values collaboration, mentoring, and continuous learning. Your Responsibilities: Contribute to the continuous improvement of machining processes and manufacturing methods Support and coordinate technical audits related to manufacturing processes Manage day-to-day cutting tool activities, including: tooling inventory monitoring supplier coordination and communication Identify opportunities to reduce costs associated with consumables and tooling Collaborate with tooling suppliers and technology partners, while monitoring new technologies and industry developments Investigate tool failures, wear patterns, and machining issues, and propose corrective actions Provide technical support to production teams regarding tooling and machining challenges Define and participate in testing, validation, and implementation of new cutting tools Contribute to industrialization projects and process improvement initiatives Your Profile: Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment Good command of English (written and spoken) and ability to work in an audit-driven environment Strong technical interest and analytical mindset Comfortable working close to production and shop floor teams Effective communication and collaboration skills Ability to take ownership and manage responsibilities Capable of planning and following up on technical projects Familiarity with Microsoft Office tools and structured problem-solving methods Experience with machine tools, machining processes, or cutting tools would be considered an advantage What can you except as a B.E.S. consultant?
