Candidate must haves:
• Senior backend development (at least 5 years as IC, ideally 7+)
• Built & scaled teams from scratch
• Hands-on enough to engage with engineers, strategic enough for board
• Startup mindset (Ideally a successful ex-founder) – high agency, ownership mindset, moves fast & comfortable with ambiguity
• AI/LLM fluency, ideally has shipped AI-driven products
• Excellent English, comfortable in demos & customer meetings
