An international maritime services company is seeking an independent and proactive logistics professional to support in-house transport operations in Antwerp.
Responsibilities
* Organise and coordinate shipments (road, sea, air) for fleet operations worldwide
* Arrange EU transports and liaise with internal stakeholders, agents, warehouses, forwarders, and customs
* Book transport services and ensure operational follow-up
* Prepare logistics documentation (invoices, packing lists, customs files, dangerous goods where applicable)
* Process purchase orders and obtain quotations from logistics partners
Profile
* Logistics experience (multi-modal transport preferred)
* Knowledge of transport legislation and basic customs regulations
* Accurate, solution-driven, and service-minded
* Comfortable in a fast-moving, sometimes unstructured environment
* Fluent in Dutch and English
* Proficient in MS Office and ERP systems (MAXIMO is a plus)
