Tech Lead | Database Reliability Engineer
Localização: Porto Alegre/RS ou São Paulo/SP.
O que você vai fazer:
* Lead the transition from manual tasks to fully automated workflows, ensuring reliability, scalability, and reduction of human error throughout the data lifecycle (Automation-First Engineering).
* Manage db-as-a-service environments, ensuring they meet security, resilience, performance, and cost-efficiency standards (SaaS & Cloud Operations).
* Implement and experiment with generative AI agents (LLMs) to assist in log analysis, query optimization suggestions, automated documentation, and proactive incident response (AI Innovation).
* Collaborate with DevOps and Cloud Engineering teams to maintain CI/CD pipelines for schema, data, and infrastructure changes.
* Collaborate with multiple teams to optimize the performance and scalability of database systems.
* Propose innovative solutions that improve the automation and management of data environments.

* Solid experience in Database and technical leadership, preferably in DBRE or related areas.
