Responsibilities
* Architecture and design of information systems
* Agentic AI development (such as Amazon Kiro)
* Design, implementation and maintenance of the database layer of multi-tiers applications
* Design, implementation and maintenance of the front-end layer of web applications
* Design and development of component architecture and building blocks
* Review of systems’ architecture and analysis of the integration with different other information systems
* Implementation of the technical architecture
* Production of software architecture documents and other relevant technical documentation
* Development of software components
* Data analysis, data modelling
* Physical database design
* Development and maintenance of database stored procedures
* Database configuration and optimization
* Database integration with applications
* Execution of database test programs
* Definition and integration of database components
* Assistance with deployment and configuration of the Database
* Participation in technical working groups, planning and progress meetings, and meetings with the users
* Assistance during relevant parts of testing, analysis, technical documentation, deployment, evaluation and reporting
Qualifications
* In-depth knowledge of Service Oriented Architecture
* Good knowledge of business process analysis
* Experience in web technologies, application design and programming languages
* In depth knowledge of software modelling and database modelling tools
* Good knowledge of application development environments/tools
* Knowledge of interoperability technologies (e.g. REST/SOAP web services, message oriented middleware, service oriented bus)
* Good knowledge of JAVA Programming Language (11/17/21)
* Good knowledge of Hibernate framework and JPA
* Good knowledge of Spring Boot (REST APIs, Security)
* Good knowledge of Angular (15 or higher)
* Good knowledge of HTML and CSS
* Good knowledge of JEE framework and Enterprise Architecture
* Good knowledge of Oracle DBMS (SQL, PL/SQL, Query Optimization, Indexing and Oracle text)
* Good knowledge of Gitlab and/or Atlassian suite (Bitbucket, Bamboo) and Maven
* Familiarity with SonarQube, Kubernetes and CaaS is a plus
* Experience with AGILE methodologies’ principles and practices
* Basic knowledge of Justice, Consumers, Migration or Home Affairs EU policies objectives
* Knowledge of Justice and/or Consumers related public IT systems
* Professional experience in a legal organization or department will be considered a plus
