Your Role
As an Entrepreneurial CFO Consultant, you will be a key contributor to the success of our company. You will work directly with clients in the Dutch-speaking part of Belgium. And as part of our team, you will perform in the following tasks:
* Part-Time CFO Services: Act as a “Part-Time Financial Director” for our clients. Provide actionable advice to optimize financial performance, manage cash flow effectively, and deliver clear insights into their current and future financial situations.
* Mentorship & Leadership: Inspire and guide junior consultants within the team, fostering their professional growth and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
* Client Success Management: Oversee client projects to ensure smooth execution and exceed expectations, delivering measurable impact that drives client satisfaction.
* Economic Development: Support the financial health of SMEs, start-ups, and scale-ups, contributing to economic growth in the Dutch-speaking region.
* Networking & Business Development: Actively participate in networking events and maintain strong relationships within the Flemish business ecosystem. Identify opportunities for collaboration and contribute to ARGAFIN’s growth and visibility.
What You Bring
* Expert Financial Skills: Strong proficiency in reporting, general knowledge of Belgian accounting, cash planning, etc.
* Pragmatic Approach: A practical mindset to tailor best practices to each client’s needs.
* Process Analysis Expertise: Ability to assess and enhance financial processes for increased efficiency.
* ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with popular ERP systems is a significant advantage.
* Professionalism & Leadership: A demeanor that inspires trust and confidence while demonstrating proven abilities to manage teams effectively.
* Adaptability: Comfort working across diverse industries and sectors.
Your Background
* Education: Master’s degree in management sciences or equivalent experience.
* Experience: 3-5 years in a finance role with a strong track record of delivering results.
* Language Proficiency: Fluency in Dutch with strong working knowledge of French and English.
