Job Description: Lead complex analytical projects for biopharma partners across development stages Design studies and plan experiments in collaboration with clients and internal teams Ensure proper planning and execution of analytical experiments Process analyse and report scientific data to stakeholders Develop and apply innovative protein separation methodologies Coach and train team members in protein separation techniques Provide regular updates on project progress and next steps Align with internal stakeholders on strategic direction Requirements: PhD in chemistry biochemistry biotechnology pharmacy or equivalent experience Minimum 8 years experience in protein analysis within a biopharma environment Strong expertise in LC and CE based analytical techniques Deep understanding of protein characterisation across development stages Proven experience in team leadership and coaching Strong communication and reporting skills Customer focused mindset with strong problem solving abilities Ability to manage complex projects in an independent manner Fluent in English Are you ready to make a real difference in healthcare?
