Job Description:
* Hands & feet support for Laptop/Desktop, Printer, networking and Installation of OS, Outlook configuration.
* Hardware Troubleshooting.
* Software Installation & Troubleshooting.
* Active Directory and secure LDAP
* Support & Maintenance of Windows 10 related issues.
* Support & Maintenance on MAC devices, Mobile devices.
* Onboarding / Offboarding users
Mandatory:Dutch & French language mandatory.• Mandatory to have Car & driving license .• Local Conveyance will provide.
