Project Manager - eInvoicing (Digital Government)

This is a *Belgium* based role with an excellent immediate start within a Global Consulting company working on * Planning budgets, resources, and timelines.
Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to support a large-scale digital government programme focused on electronic invoicing and the digitalisation of public sector processes.
You will join the eInvoicing team, helping drive adoption of digital invoicing solutions and supporting organisational change, stakeholder collaboration, and service delivery within a complex public-sector environment.
Manage ICT and e-government projects from initiation to delivery
Master's degree or equivalent experience (IT, digital, or business-related)
Minimum 10 years' IT experience, including at least 5 years in project/change/service management roles
Strong project management expertise (Prince2 preferred)
Knowledge of ITIL/service delivery management
Understanding of ICT systems and application development
Agile/Scrum experience desirable (Scrum Master/Product Owner is a plus)
Strong communication and stakeholder management
Collaborative team player with high integrity
Languages
Ideally Dutch/French bilingual
Strong French required if not bilingual
English essential
