As our RIM Analytics Business Analyst you will turn complex regulatory data into clear requirements, guide tool-selection for next-generation authoring platforms, and unlock AI-driven efficiencies across every regulatory domain.
What you will do – in one sentence
Bridge business vision and technical reality: capture, structure, and prioritize requirements that will power structured-content solutions for Labelling, CMC, Clinical, and Non-clinical teams.
Your day-to-day impact
• Run discovery workshops with regulatory experts to surface functional & non-functional needs
• Translate findings into crisp user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices
• Drive RFI/RFP cycles: draft documentation, score vendor responses, and orchestrate demos
• Partner with Process, Data, IT, and AI squads to embed AI use-cases into the roadmap
• Facilitate cross-functional alignment sessions and keep stakeholders informed with concise dashboards and reports
What you bring
Must-have
• 3–8 years as a Business Analyst in multi-stakeholder or regulated environments
• Proven track record capturing, structuring, and documenting complex requirements
• Hands-on experience supporting RFI/RFP processes and vendor evaluations
• Solid project-management toolkit (scope, timeline, risk, stakeholder management)
• Comfortable in IT-centric projects and fluent in “tech speak”
• Advanced English (C1–C2) – you will present to global audiences
Nice-to-have
• Background in pharma, medical devices, or other life-science sectors
• Familiarity with CTD submission dossiers and regulatory workflows
• Exposure to Structured Content Authoring or Veeva Vault RIM
• Experience defining AI/ML use-cases or data-driven process improvements
• French language skills (a bonus, not a blocker)
