Overview
We are looking for a Senior Security Architect to lead and support the design of secure, scalable ICT architectures within a complex, enterprise-level environment. You will play a key role in aligning security strategies with business objectives, ensuring robust protection while enabling efficient digital solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Design and implement enterprise-level security architectures
* Provide strategic guidance on security best practices and risk management
* Translate business needs into secure, cost-effective solutions
* Collaborate with enterprise architects, stakeholders, and project teams
* Ensure compliance with security standards and frameworks (e.g., ISO27001)
* Contribute to architectural decision‑making and long‑term ICT strategy
* Support risk assessments and mitigation planning
Requirements
* Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Security Architect
* At least 7 years’ experience in IT security (Senior level)
* Proven experience as an Enterprise Architect specializing in security
* Strong architectural and conceptual design skills
* Certifications: CISM and ITIL (mandatory)
* Experience with ISO27001 (minimum 3 years)
* Strong understanding of business solutioning and risk‑based security approaches
* Dutch language proficiency at C2 level (mandatory)
Nice to Have
* Experience within government or public sector environments
* Strong background in risk management
* Proficiency with MS Office tools
Additional Details
* Full‑time role (100%)
* Hybrid working model (remote work possible)
* Contract until July 2027
