Job Description
The Technical Operations Manager is responsible for the team of Support Specialists and
* Manages and participates in the studio equipment build process, resource planning and managing projects;
* Organizes and participates in the studio infrastructure maintenance and repair works;
* Ensures uninterrupted work of studio technical equipment;
* Evaluates suppliers and procures equipment, tools and materials required for R&D, builds and maintenance;
* Participates in R&D and solution design process;
* Participates in new employees selection and training;
* Provides required reports.
Qualifications
* 2 years of experience in team management;
* Bachelor's degree (preferably in Maths, Engineering, IT or Management);
* C1 (advanced user) level of English;
* Project management and planning skills;
* Good judgement, logical thinker and detail oriented;
* Technical background with broadcast equipment; lighting and staging equipment will be considered an advantage.
