As a successful Pharma Distribution - National Key Account Manager FR/DU, you will have the following responsibilities:
Key Account Management:
* Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key pharma groupings
* Conduct and ensure the good negotiations process with the key pharma groupings
* Act as a main point of contact for the key accounts proposing products and solutions fitting with their needs and expectations.
* Lead contract negotiations and ensure agreements are aligned with the strategy of the company.
Sales and Business Development:
* Conduct market data-based analysis to identify potential clients and market trends.
* Prepare, monitor, develop and implement strategic account plans to drive sales growth and achieve revenue target.
* Identify opportunities, in collaboration with the Sales team, to initiate the collaboration with new pharma groupings.
* Develop and implement the sales and the organizational strategy in collaboration with the management team.
As a successful Pharma Distribution - National Key Account Manager FR/DU, you will have the following profile:
* 3 years of Key Account Management experiences or Business development in pharma, FMCG or retail
* Excellent commercial & negotiations skills coupled with strong analytical skills
* Your are sales & results oriented
* You are highly autonomous, pragmatic & focusing on solutions
* Fluent in French & Dutch
