What you'll do
As a Customer Expert, you will:
* Support customers through phone, email, and chat
* Create meaningful brand engagement with every interaction
* Deliver personalised, professional service with a first contact resolution mindset
* Become an expert on the products, sustainability commitments, and services
* Spot opportunities to upsell, retain customers, and increase order value
* Handle contacts in both Dutch/Flemish and English

Training & Development
