About TransFollow
Viaservice, operating under the name TransFollow, delivers innovative digital solutions for the transport and logistics sector across Europe. Our platform connects shippers, receivers, carriers, and drivers, enabling real-time visibility, collaboration and the digitization of key transport documents such as Documento de control, eCMR and Carta de Porte. We support companies of all sizes with API integrations, web tools, mobile apps and messaging solutions.
With offices in Amsterdam and Geneva and strong partnerships across Europe, we are expanding our presence in Spain with a new team based in Madrid.
The role
We are looking for a Junior Sales Representative to support the growth of TransFollow in Spain. You will work closely with our team in Spain and report to HQ in Amsterdam, focusing on lead generation, product demos and onboarding new customers.
This role is ideal for a junior profile with strong commercial drive and interest in the logistics/transport sector.
Responsibilities
* Prospect and qualify leads in transport, logistics, and shippers via calls, email, and LinkedIn.
* Conduct online demos of the TransFollow products suite.
* Manage small to medium sales cycles and follow up via CRM.
* Support onboarding for new clients in collaboration with the technical team.
* Attend industry events and fairs in Spain.
* Report to Amsterdam HQ.
RequirementsEducation & experience
* Bachelor’s degree (Business or similar preferred).
* 0–2 years of experience in sales, inside sales, customer-facing roles or retail with commercial focus.
Skills
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong client facing abilities
* Curious, proactive learner with a growth mindset
* Ability to qualify leads and convert opportunities
* Proficiency in MS Office and CRM platforms.
* Organized, proactive, and target oriented.
Languages & other
* Spanish: native or very fluent.
* English: B2 level.
* Valid driver’s license (client visits included).
* Interest in transport/logistics sector.
