As Corporate recruiter, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Direct Recruitment

Source top talent in Strategy, Operations, Digital, and IT (mainly in Belgium, occasionally the Netherlands)
*
Focus primarily on hiring permanent team members, with occasional freelance roles
*
Actively source candidates via LinkedIn, job boards, and your own network
*
Write job ads that reflect the tone and company culture
*
Conduct screening calls and guide candidates through the full selection process
*
Stay in touch with candidates and manage interview logistics
2. External Channels
*
Coordinate with headhunters and other recruitment partners
*
Manage spontaneous applications and internal referrals
*
Maintain and grow the company talent pool
3. Beyond Recruitment
*
Work with leadership to anticipate hiring needs and priorities
*
Conduct compensation benchmarking to ensure competitive offers
*
Keep recruitment analytics and dashboards up to date
*
Contribute to employer branding and candidate experience improvements
*
Support other HR processes, including staffing, talent reviews, and learning & development initiatives
