1. Develop and execute the commercial strategy aligned with the company’s vision.
2. Lead, coach, and inspire the Sales & Business Development team across multiple service lines.
3. Identify and develop new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic accounts
4. Strengthen client relationships through consultative selling and value-based engagement.
5. Collaborate with marketing, operations, and domain leads to ensure consistent market positioningMonitor sales performance, pipeline, and forecasting to drive continuous growth
6. Represent Securex Consulting in the market as a thought leader and business ambassador
Jouw profiel
7. Proven experience (10+ years) in commercial leadership roles within consulting, HR services, or B2B professional services.
8. Strong track record in strategic sales, business development, and client relationship management.
9. Passion for HR, transformation, and innovation.
10. Entrepreneurial mindset with analytical strength and a hands-on approach.
11. Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
12. Fluent in Dutch, French, and English.
13. Ability to lead by example, close deals, and build long-term client relationships.
