They are looking for a bilingual (NL/FR) new Finance Controller to strengthen the Finance team! Someone who has an experience in either Accounting or Financial Controlling, that quickly can strengthen the Team.
Jobomschrijving
Financial Reporting & Analysis
* Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow).
* Consolidate financial data across multiple business units and subsidiaries.
* Conduct variance analyses (budget vs. actual) and present actionable recommendations.
Budgeting & Forecasting
- Lead and coordinate the annual budgeting process in collaboration with business unit managers.
- Maintain and update rolling forecasts to ensure accurate financial projections.
Control & Compliance
* Ensure adherence to internal financial procedures and policies.
* Support the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
* Manage cash flow and monitor payment and collection cycles.
Business Partnership
* Act as a financial advisor to management and operational teams.
* Translate financial insights into practical measures to enhance profitability and efficiency.
* Support investment decisions by preparing ROI analyses and business cases.
Process Improvement
- Identify opportunities to streamline reporting and internal control processes.
- Implement tools and systems to improve transparency, accuracy, and efficiency in financial operations.
Jouw profiel
* Master's degree in Accounting/Finance
* Minimum of 2 years of experience in Financial Controlling or Accounting.
* BIG 4 Audit is a plus.
* Strong analytical skills
* Detail-oriented and well-organized.
* Team player
* Good communication skills
* Knowledge of Navision is a plus.
* Fluent in Dutch & French. Basic level of English.
