Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We're seeking a seasoned recruiter to drive our European recruitment efforts.
This key role involves partnering with HR and hiring managers to develop and execute strategic recruitment plans. It also entails sourcing, screening, and interviewing top talent across the continent.
The ideal candidate will possess strong knowledge of HR systems and MS Office, as well as excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
A bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience is required, along with fluency in English and Dutch. Experience recruiting across Europe is a significant plus.

Key Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute strategic recruitment plans in partnership with HR and hiring managers
* SOURCE, SCREEN, AND INTERVIEW CANDIDATES ACROSS EUROPE
* Manage relationships with external agencies and universities
* Coordinate interviews and ensure an exceptional candidate experience
* Support onboarding, background checks, and offer negotiations
* Foster diversity hiring and continuous process improvement
* Conduct stay and exit interviews, and support internal mobility
* Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree in HR or equivalent experience
* 5+ years of progressive recruitment experience (in-house or agency)
* Fluency in English and Dutch
* Strong knowledge of HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors) and MS Office
* Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
* Experience recruiting across Europe is a strong plus
