Responsibilities: Manage the entire recruitment process from candidate sourcing to placement. Identify, attract, and assess talent using a variety of sourcing methods. Maintain and develop a database of qualified candidates. Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions. Negotiate placement terms with candidates and clients. Achieve and exceed performance targets. Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience in recruitment or a similar role is a plus.
