Driven by our commitment to excellence, we are looking for a passionate Marketing Coordinator to lead our marketing strategy, generate high-quality leads, and work closely with our sales team to maximize conversions.
We are looking for a Marketing Manager whose mission is to optimize the performance of digital campaigns by generating and converting qualified leads.
Main Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Digital Performance
* Develop and implement a strategy to acquire qualified leads through paid channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, ImmoWeb, and ImmoVlan.
* Basic knowledge of SEO is a plus, to help strengthen organic visibility.
Tracking, Analysis, CRO & Optimization
* Set up and monitor tracking tools to ensure all data is accurate and usable.
* Optimize landing pages (CRO) to maximize conversion rates.
* Analyze performance and adjust campaigns to improve lead quality and return on investment.
Lead Nurturing & Collaboration
* Develop lead nurturing strategies to requalify and convert existing contacts through targeted email campaigns.
* Work closely with the sales team to ensure the relevance of transferred leads.
* Manage CRM, lead distribution, and reporting: configure and maintain the CRM (Zoho), ensure proper lead distribution and qualification, build efficient workflows, and produce performance reports for accurate campaign tracking.
Profile Sought:
* Minimum two years of experience in performance-driven digital marketing, with solid knowledge of conversion strategies and SEO.
* Proven track record in managing paid acquisition campaigns and optimising conversions.
* SEO knowledge appreciated.
* Ability to collaborate with creative and sales teams on cross-functional projects.
* Desire to take responsibility, work independently, and directly contribute to the company’s growth.
* Fluency in Dutch and English is an asset.
