Ph3As a Consultant in Digital Transformation, you will: /h3 ul liCollaborate with manufacturing clients to understand their current operations, workflows and challenges. /li liMap out existing production processes and information flow (from MES, automation systems, manual operations, etc.). /li liIdentify opportunities for improvement — whether via digital tools, automation, process re-design, or better data flows. /li liPropose pragmatic, adapted transformation roadmaps: combining MES/automation improvements, process updates, and change management (people process) — not just technical features. /li liWork with cross-functional teams (operations, production, management, IT) to design feasible, scalable transformation plans. /li liSupport the implementation and rollout: facilitate workshops, coordinate with stakeholders, help staff adopt new tools and ways of working, and monitor effectiveness. /li liTrack and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) to show impact (e.g. efficiency gains, production quality, downtime reduction, traceability improvements, etc.). /li liAct as a trusted advisor: communicate clearly, translate technical or process concepts into business value, and help steer change. /li /ul h3What we’re looking for /h3 h3Essential skills experience: /h3 ul liExperience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment — ideally familiar with MES (Manufacturing Execution Systems), automation, or production processes. /li liStrong understanding of business processes, operations, and manufacturing workflows (even if not deeply technical). /li liGood analytical skills: able to look at processes, data flows, and operations with a critical eye to identify inefficiencies and opportunities. /li liStrong communication and interpersonal skills: able to work with diverse stakeholders (management, operators, IT, production teams), listen, explain, and build consensus. /li liComfortable coordinating between technical teams and business/operations teams, bridging the language gap. /li liProject- or change-management mindset: able to help implement change responsibly, support adoption, and guide transformation beyond just technology. /li liAdaptability and a continuous-learning attitude: manufacturing + automation + digital evolves — you stay curious, open, and proactive about learning new tools/approaches. /li /ul h3Nice‑to‑have / preferred (but not mandatory): /h3 ul liPrevious consulting experience (internal or external), especially in transformation, process optimisation, or change management. /li liFamiliarity with MES platforms, industrial automation standards or basic industrial IT / OT concepts. /li liExperience leading or supporting cross‑departmental projects or operational change. /li liBasic understanding of data flows, and willingness to engage with digital/IT stakeholders to design appropriate solutions. /li liFluency in English and/or French and/or Dutch (depending on client needs), plus ability to present clearly to different audiences. /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
