of innovative and varied structures, targeting
industrial projects
(SME parks, warehouses, agricultural buildings, etc.). Be part of the expansion of the company's activities for the Antwerp & Limburg region.

Your tasks and responsibilities?
Establish and strengthen a solid network
with architects and other key players in real estate development and construction. Act as an
advisor in the design and implementation of projects, taking into account the client's needs (strong technical knowledge in construction required!) Work with teams to
translate the client's ideas into concrete concepts. Supervise the project at the technical level to ensure its feasibility. Manage contractual negotiations with various clients
and establish the project budget in order to finalise the operation Report directly to the sales director
The ideal profile?
Experience in semi-industrial construction/real estate, with
academic background in construction/engineering
required Be from the Antwerp/Limburg region or nearby (knowledge of Dutch and English, french would be a plus) Ability to communicate and manage various contacts and stakeholders during projects Commercial flair
