Job Description — Senior Full Stack Developer (React Focus) About Cebir Cebir is a leading provider of scientifically validated assessment solutions, helping organizations across sectors make better HR decisions in recruitment, internal mobility, and talent development. Our platform combines robust psychometric testing with modern technology, enabling data-driven decisions at scale. As we continue to evolve our platform, we are looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join our IT team and help shape what comes next. Your Role As a Senior Full Stack Developer (React Focus), you will play a key role in shaping and scaling our platform. You’ll join a small, highly collaborative team (3–5 developers) where your impact is immediate and visible. Within this team, you’ll act as the go-to React specialist, helping drive frontend quality, architecture, and best practices. This is a hands-on role with real ownership, not just building features, but also influencing how we build them and how they feel to users. Tech Stack You’ll be working with a modern and pragmatic stack: React, TypeScript, Next.js TanStack Query & Table Zustand React Hook Form CSS Modules HTML / CSS Git Blade (basic usage) Key Responsibilities Build and ship features from idea to production Take ownership of parts of the application Help shape frontend decisions (structure, patterns, libraries, etc.) Improve performance and overall code quality Ensure what we build is not just functional, but also intuitive and enjoyable to use Your Profile 5 years of experience in frontend or full stack development Strong experience with React TypeScript (Angular/Vue background is fine if you’ve moved to React) Solid fundamentals in HTML & CSS Comfortable working in a small team where ownership is key You care about UI/UX — not in a designer way, but you notice when things feel off Nice to Have Experience with Next.js Familiarity with TanStack Experience in SaaS or data-driven platforms Interest in UX and building intuitive interfaces Experience taking technical ownership What We Offer Hybrid role – Zaventem based and remote A small team where your work truly matters Real ownership - not just tickets Influence on technical decisions A modern stack (with room to improve it) Competitive salary Why Join Cebir?
