To further strengthen our finance team, we are looking for a Global Tax Specialist ensuring clarity, compliance and consistency across all tax-related matters. ABOUT THE JOB
As our Global Tax Specialist, you will:
* Coordinate and monitor global tax compliance across all entities and countries where VYNCKE operates and has tax obligations.
* Be the contact person for local tax advisors and external partners handling corporate tax and VAT returns.
* Provide expert advice on corporate income tax, VAT, transfer pricing and withholding taxes.
* Train business stakeholders and provide country and project specific input on tax related questions to minimize tax risks and increase internal knowledge.
* Analyze cross-border transactions and assess tax implications for our international projects.
* Collaborate closely with Finance, Legal and external advisors to ensure consistent tax governance.
* Identify tax risks & improvement opportunities and lead the implementation of global tax processes and guidelines.
ABOUT YOU
We imagine our ideal candidate would:
* Bring solid expertise in corporate tax and VAT, ideally in an international or project business.
* Hold a degree in Tax, Law, Finance or similar, supported by several years of experience.
* Combine analytical strength with hands-on problem solving and clear communication.
* Feel comfortable advising internal stakeholders and translating complex tax matters into practical actions.
* Work proactively, structured and with attention to detail in a compliance-driven context.
* Be eager to build and maintain a global tax framework while collaborating with colleagues worldwide.
