Based in the heart of Brussels, you will work at the intersection of product ownership, architecture, and technology to foster knowledge continuity and drive the success of our data-driven programs. Your mission As a vital liaison between the business community and technical delivery teams, your responsibilities will includeRequirement Engineering: Elicit, analyse, and document business, stakeholder, and transition requirementsStrategic Collaboration: Work with Product Owners and Architects to align data requirements with broader technology strategiesBridging the Gap: Translate complex use cases into actionable designs and test conditions for product and UAT phasesTraceability & Quality: Actively manage requirements traceability and lead quality management reviews for prototypes and designsEnd-to-End Execution: Drive the Business Analysis strategy through all project lifecycle phases, managing dependencies with internal and external developers Skills & experienceExperience: At least 4 years of relevant experience in Data/Business Analysis.Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree (or equivalent through experience).Technical Proficiency: Strong expertise in Conceptual Modelling techniques.Deep understanding of IT systems, testing workflows, and requirements management.Proficiency in MS Office (Tableau experience is a significant plus).Language Skills: You are a multilingual communicator with strong English (written/spoken) and a good working knowledge of Dutch and French.You understand workflow processes and ideally possess experience within the Banking sector.
