Location: Ukkel, Brussels, Belgium | Full-time Are you ready to lead HR transformation and drive impactful change across Belgium and the Netherlands? We’re looking for a dynamic HR Country Manager to join our team of HR Business Partners supporting our BeNe business units. In this strategic role, you’ll go beyond traditional HR operations. You’ll be a key partner to the VP of Human Resources for BeNe, helping shape and execute talent strategies that foster innovation, agility, and growth. What You’ll Do Strategic Leadership Act as a trusted advisor on people-related matters, offering bold, forward-thinking solutions. Design and implement talent strategies aligned with business goals. Lead change management initiatives to support organizational transformation. Ensure compliance with local labor laws and represent the company in union and works council negotiations. Promote a culture of innovation, inclusion, and continuous improvement. Champion company values and embed them into all HR practices. Operational Excellence Oversee the implementation of HR policies and ensure a seamless employee experience across the lifecycle—from onboarding to offboarding. Analyze workforce trends to boost engagement and retention. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of employment law and mitigate legal risks. Build and nurture high-potential, diverse teams. What You Bring 10+ years of HR experience, including 3–4 years in a leadership role. Proven background in HR Business Partnering, Change Management, or Transformation. Fluent in French and English; Dutch is a strong plus. Strong communication and influencing skills across all levels of the organization. Experience in matrixed, multinational environments.
