Your challenge
Scania is undergoing a digital transformation where data is the driving force. As a Data Analyst, you will be involved in collecting and analyzing data from various sources, enabling data-driven real-time solutions in PowerBI and SAP Analytics Cloud. You are the link between business and data-driven solutions. Additionally, you play a key role in setting up data infrastructures to process and analyze large amounts of data, developing new algorithms and models, and reusing existing models in innovative ways.
Your responsibilities:
Collecting, analyzing and cleaning data from diverse sources.
Preparing reports and presentations to communicate findings to stakeholders.
Analyzing large datasets using statistical techniques and data analysis tools.
Setting up data infrastructures to process and analyze large amounts of data.
Developing new algorithms and models.
Supporting or leading data science projects.
Developing, implementing and maintaining data pipelines and systems for data collection, storage, processing and analysis.
Your talents
Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, IT, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to break down complex issues and devise practical solutions.
Ability to translate complex data into understandable insights and reports
Experience working with large datasets and applying analysis techniques
Experience with data modeling in BI tools such as SAP Analytics Cloud and/or PowerBI
Experience in data science, machine learning and/or Python is a plus.
Excellent communication skills in both Dutch and English, to work effectively with various stakeholders.
You have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.
